Bullet Journal: April 2019

I think I created two of my all-time favorite pages this month! I went with subtle teal theme this month that runs throughout all my April pages. You know that old saying “April showers bring May flowers.” Well, you can see my monthly layout was very much inspired by that!

What’s more April than rain and tulips? I’ve included the same sidebar next to my calendar as last month. It helps me keep track of my goals and my monthly tasks.

Weekly Layouts

These are my new favorite pages of my bujo! I’m so glad I went simple and minimalist. It just works, don’t you think? I think the success comes from the light water color and the amount of white space. Plus as always, some careful planning before drawing.

Brain Dump

I love to use my bullet journal for journaling! I always leave at least one page to gather my thoughts and to write reflections throughout the month. As you can see, there is more heavy watercolor on the top of the page. It’s fine; I just like the lighter shading better on the previous pages. I think it helps with the wrinkling too. By not using so much water.

Do you use a bullet journal? What’s your favorite style? I do like the fun and cutesy pages. But I think minimalist is just is my vibe this year.

Happy Day-
